1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively intended for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Atelier Lumée; Owner: Johannes Toll.
By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries before sending your binding order at any time by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form.
4. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the specified product prices, shipping costs may still apply. Further details on any applicable shipping costs can be found in the offers.
We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Payment
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available:
Credit Card By placing the order, you provide your credit card information. After verifying that you are the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be automatically carried out, and your card will be charged.
PayPal During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After submitting the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately thereafter. You will receive further information during the order process.
Sofort by klarna After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. To be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have an online banking-enabled bank account, authenticate yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the order process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately by Sofort thereafter, and your account will be debited.
Invoice Payment via Klarna In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you invoice payment as a payment option. Please note that Klarna invoice is only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna. When purchasing on account with Klarna, you will always receive the goods first, and you always have a payment period of 14 days. 6. Transport Damages
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us will not affect your legal rights and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you will help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
Unless otherwise expressly agreed below, the statutory warranty rights apply. For used goods, the following applies: if the defect occurs after one year from delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year from delivery of the goods can be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods. The aforementioned limitations and shortened statute of limitations do not apply to claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents • in case of injury to life, body or health • in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty as well as fraudulent intent • in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) • in the context of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or • insofar as the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their precise conditions can be found in the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.
8. Liability
For claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation • in case of injury to life, body or health • in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty • in case of guarantees, if agreed, or • insofar as the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened. In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, liability shall be limited to the amount of the foreseeable damage that typically has to be expected to arise. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
9. Discount Codes
Unless otherwise agreed, the following conditions apply to the redemption of discount codes on https://atelierlumee.com:
Usability: Each discount code can only be used once per purchase and per customer. Only one discount code can be used per order. Combining different discount codes is not possible. A cash payment of discount codes is not possible, nor is any other offsetting or reimbursement of the value of a discount code. Discount codes issued to the customer are excluded from resale; assignment is not permitted. Validity: The validity period of the discount codes is limited. The discount codes expire after the date stated on the discount code. An extension is excluded. Minimum Order Value: A minimum order value is always mentioned in the detailed information of the respective discount code. In the event of subsequent falling below the minimum order value due to the return of the corresponding item, Amie Studios reserves the right to charge the difference between the order with the discount code and the order without the discount code.
Return of Items: If you make use of your right of withdrawal or if you return the goods for other reasons, only the reduced purchase price will be refunded. There is no entitlement to a refund of the discount code or to a new discount code.
Offsetting for Multiple Items: If an order to which a discount code is applied consists of multiple items (shopping cart discount), Amie Studios reserves the right to divide the reduced amount between one or proportionally between multiple items.
Non-fulfillment of an Order or Delivery: In the event of non-fulfillment of the order or individual positions to which the discount code referred, there is no entitlement to a refund of the value of the discount code or to a new discount code.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are willing to participate in out-of-court dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
