Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you have received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us first by email at info@atelierlumee.com. After your return request has been approved, you must ship the item back to us within 14 days. Please provide us with the tracking number once the item has been shipped. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In case of approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchange

We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item, please send us an email at info@atelierlumee.com and send the item to:
